Orders placed by credit card must be shipped to the credit card billing address, except when being shipped to a military address or fire/police department. Shipment to any other address or person, other than the credit card holder, may require ID documentation in the form of an emailed or faxed copy of the cardholder’s credit card and drivers licence (front side only).
ID documentation may also be requested for high-valued orders.

With the following exceptions, any product may be returned for any reason, if in new condition and unopened (including manufacturers packaging), for exchange, credit, or refund, within 30 days of the purchase date.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Any item returned for exchange will incur additional shipping charges.
Exceptions
Opened lock picks and sets may be returned, if in new condition, for credit to your account toward the purchase of another product, or for replacement if defective.
Defective items returned for replacement will not incur additional shipping charges.
Books are not returnable. DVD's may be returned for replacement if defective.
What do I do if my package doesn't arrive?
U.K. orders are shipped using Royal Mail 1st. Class Recorded Delivery and should arrive within 2 days. Next day delivery is available on request. For other regions please check the
estimated delivery times.

What is the difference between Standard (US) sets and Slimline (EURO) sets?
Standard (US) sets are designed primarily for US locks as they have a slightly larger keyway than other locks.
The slimline (EURO) sets are better suited for European and Japanese locks as these keyways tend be be a little smaller.
Do you ship to a P.O. box?
We ship to P.O. boxes that match the credit card billing address within the U.K.
Overseas orders must be shipped to a physical address.

How can I open a padlock?
Padlocks, like other locks can be picked or raked, but SouthOrd also manufactures
padlock shims which can quickly open many padlocks.
Do you sell replacement parts?
Yes, we carry a complete selection of replacement parts for the jackknife, electric pick, tubular picks etc. as well as individual picks and cases.
What is the Warranty on your products?
All SouthOrd products are warranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days unless otherwise noted. SouthOrd Electric picks are warranteed for 6 months and the SouthOrd
MAX Lock Picks come with a
LIFETIME WARRANTY.
Why don't you ship overseas orders by Ground?
The delivery time for Ground shipping is just too long. Royal Mail Ground shipping to Europe takes 2-5 weeks and up to 12 weeks to Australia. We can't imagine anyone is willing to wait that long to receive their order.
